1. Grab your Library card and fill out a request form below for either yourself or your kids.
2. Based on the information provided, Sioux City Public Library staff will personally choose three books for you.
3. Once your request is fulfilled, you will be notified that your selections are ready in the Library’s patron holds area of the pickup Library you selected. Please allow up to three Sioux City Public Library business days for requests to be fulfilled.
