Trudy will discuss healing and getting in touch with our authentic selves; what that looks like, what that feels like and the value of such from the Native American perspective. Trudy has spent 25+ years in the psychotherapy/counseling field. Currently in private practice as a licensed mental health clinician she combines psychological counseling with spiritual practices assisting clients in their search for meaning, purpose and direction in their lives.
