In partnership with the Sioux City Art Center, the Sioux City Public Library is hosting three sewing events where community members can take part in the creation of the installation Razzle Dazzle with artist Amanda Browder! No experience is necessary. Materials will be provided. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
