Young Birders Backpack Kit Now Available!

The Loess Hills Audubon Society has donated a Young Birders Backpack Kit to the Sioux City Public Library! Thanks to a generous Mildred Anderson grant from the Junior League of Sioux City, the Loess Hills Audubon Society was able to provide a birding backpack for kids that is available for checkout by full-access Sioux City Library cardholders that are 18+ years of age.

The Young Birders Backpack Kit is outfitted with:

• binoculars

• bird identification books

• local bird guides

Checkout for the Young Birders Backpack kit is one week and overdue fees of $1.00/day (up to $10.00) apply.
