February 10th Film:
This 2018 release (PG-13) is an adaptation of one of the most popular (and banned) teen books of the past ten years. It’s the story of a Black teenager who is constantly switching between two worlds — the poor, mostly Black neighborhood where she lives and the wealthy, mostly white prep school that she attends and her struggle to find her voice and stand up for what is right.
