Author Talk & Book Signing with Marc Cameron on August 20
Join the Sioux City Public Library and Book People for an Author Talk & Book Signing with Marc Cameron on Tuesday, August 20 at 6pm at the Aalfs Downtown Library. Bestselling author and former U.S. Marshall Marc Cameron will visit the Sioux City Public Library to talk about his latest book in the popular Arliss Cutter thriller series, Bad River. Cameron is also the author of the New York Times Bestselling Tom Clancy Jack Ryan novels and the Jericho Quinn series.
Career Cruiser at the Morningside Branch Library on August 15
Looking for a new job, career change, or tips on how to ace an interview? Career Cruiser will be at the Morningside Branch Library on Thursday, August 15 from 10 am to 2 pm. It offers resume assistance, job search resources, education and training directly to your community at no charge to the public.

Sharing books and stories is important to your child’s brain development. Join the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten challenge that brings you and your child closer together while developing their vocabulary and preparing them to become a stronger reader. Learn how to get started!
Each week on Tuesday at 11 am at the Perry Creek Library or Wednesday at 10:30 am at the Morningside Branch Library join us for a fun and interactive storytime for ages 0 through 5! Curious young minds experience the magic that stories offer, build vocabulary, and develop early literacy skills for future reading success!
